Iran has history of Earthquakes!
More than 87 people have died while another 400 injured in north-western Iran as two devastating earthquake strikes this part of the country. The city of Tabriz has been affected by this earthquake, the death toll is expected to rise. The first earthquake had a magnitude of 6.4 on the Richter scale while another struck few minutes late, it had a magnitude of 6.3.
According to the United States Geological Survey five aftershocks have occurred around the same area. Since Iran lies on an active fault line, the country is prone to massive earthquakes.

The death toll has reached 153 in the city of Tabriz.

The death toll has further risen to 250 in the quake-hit area more than 2,000 are injured.
